the rules are too long
Just got done rewatching everyoen go in circles on the last page of the appeals thread. This is exactly how the two_tap thing went last April and nobody seems to want to admit it. We keep treating every ban like it's the first one we've ever had. The blood bag thing at least ended with pete passing out and the rest of us realising we needed a plan. What have we actually got now? Another page of people saying 'just let it go' and another page saying 'rules are rules', and it started raining outside and I've got a widnow open. We're not going to agree by 3am. I'm going to log off and check the tents before restart. Someone ping me when there's an actual proposal on the table.

grud, I'll sort it. Read back through the appeal logs before you posted and it's the same few names every time, so I'll put a proposal in the thread before restart. Leave the tents, I'll check them.

Chad, good on you for putting it in writing. I sat through the same thread last page and the same names are circling, but that's not new. The tents are fine, I checked the treeline north of camp after the restart and the rain's holding off. If your proposal lands before I'm back on, ping me and I'll read it.

Every time we do this it's the same playout. two_tap got run out in April and by now nobody can even say what the actual rule was, just which side they weer on. I still haven't got a straight answer on the August config change, but that's dead ground I guess. Send me what you find in the tents, and maybe the rain iwll stop long enough for someone to suggest something that isn't the same vote we already had.
