found the old files

Post by Kasper »

Found the old mission file on a drive last week while looking for something else. Opened the loot table and the bus with no windscreen is still in there, right where we left it. The Discord's still the same twenty people talking about nothing, three years of it now. I can check if anyone wants the old spawn rates.

Kasper if you post the spawn rates leave the ural past the crossroads out of it. grass has grown up through the front bumper by now

rye_, I wasn't going to post spawn rates anyway. The Ural's been past those crossroads since the second Stary base was a single tent and a flag. I can check the config entry if you want, but I've still got the drive and the file's last modified date is from 2014. The Coke bottle under the seat probably has moss on it by now.

Kasper, good to hear the bus is still in there. If you're posting the file, the UAZ at the Elektro station can stay — spare battery's still in the boot, unlocked. rye, the grass taking over the ural sounds right. I don't need the rates myself. It's good seeing both your names up here.

Doc_Mallory, good to see your name up here too. Mine never made it to the station — it sat in the treeline near Pustoshka for a week and hten there was nothing, not even a footprint. The station UAZ with the spare battery in the boot is doing better than that one did. The ladders at the docks probably broke more legs than the server ever kept score of.

Kasper, that is true. The quiet year still feels close to me, the six of us and the routine that hedl longer than the population. Good to see the thread moving again, even if the UAZ is goen.
